The thing is he is clearly saying more than simply, ‘men and women are different’.

He’s saying ‘there are fewer women in tech and leadership because they are innately worse at doing those things.’

I don’t think we have solid evidence to support that. I think those statements are based on some hokey science and a lot of assumption and prejudice.
